Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

• Order handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Shipments are generally in transit for 3–4 days (Monday to Friday).
• Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Arabian Standard Time (Bahrain).

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We will deliver within the timeframe provided at checkout.

Order Changes

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the courier first. If the issue persists, email us at sales@stanleybh.store.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Log into your account and click "My Order" to review status. It may take a few days for the tracking number to become active.

Change of Address

Contact us at sales@stanleybh.store or call +973 3317 1880 within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once your order is in transit.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Include the original packaging, where applicable
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order details

Please provide your order number, full name, contact details, reason for return, and photos if the issue involves damage or an incorrect item. Do not send items back before receiving approval.

4. Return Method

Approved returns are handled by mail. We will provide return instructions including the return address after approval.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Contact us immediately with clear photos and a description. Resolution may include a replacement or an approved refund.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. They may only be accepted if specifically approved in writing by our customer service team.

7. Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or handed to the delivery service.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval. As we currently offer Cash on Delivery, contact our support team for refund instructions.
